We hope that you are making plans to attend the Madison County Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Meeting and Dinner slated for Thursday, February 12th, 2026 at Grant Hill Farms (29 Waynes Lane Commerce, GA 30530).
Networking will begin at 5:00 pm followed by dinner at 6:00 pm. The evening will also include special recognitions and a silent & live auction.
Ticket Information
As part of their membership investment, diamond level members receive 8 complimentary tickets, platinum level members receive 4 complimentary tickets, gold level members receive 2 complimentary tickets, and silver level members receive 1 complimentary ticket. Tickets may be purchased for $50.00 per ticket. Tables of 8 are available for $300.00.
Attire
This year's theme is "Farmhouse Formal". Dressy evening wear with a rustic touch. Suits and cocktail dresses encouraged. Ties optional. Boots welcome.
Tablescaping: A Targeted Marketing Opportunity
Even if you are unable to attend the event, we invite you to participate by decorating a table that highlights your business within the Farmhouse Formal theme. Each table will feature a ballot box where attendees can place their business cards if they would like to connect with you and learn more about your organization.
Diamond and Platinum members may participate in tablescaping free of charge. All other businesses may purchase this opportunity for $50.00. All tables must be fully decorated by February 11, and registration to participate in tablescaping must be completed by February 6th.
Auction Information
We are currently accepting auction items with at least a $25.00 value. All proceeds from the auction will support the Chamber's community and economic development initiatives. Your donation plays an important role in helping the Chamber and the community connect and grow! Donations are due by January 23rd.
