Common among military personnel\, veterans\, first responders\, and helping professionals\, moral injury can lead to guilt\, shame\, anger\, and a loss of trust in oneself or others. Participants will learn to recognize the signs and symptoms of moral injury\, understand how it differs from PTSD\, and explore how it affects decision-making\, relationships\, and overall well-being. The course also introduces practical tools and strategies that support healing\, resilience\, and the path toward personal and professional repair. Through discussion\, reflection\, and real-world examples\, this class provides a safe space to better understand the weight carried by those who serve and how to move forward with purpose\, support\, and renewed strength. This workshop is free of charge but donations are always welcome
