United Way of Northeast Georgia is a local non-profit organization whose mission is to motivate and mobilize resources to meet the highest priority needs of individuals and families in Northeast Georgia. United Way of Northeast Georgia’s office is in Athens, GA and serves a 12-county region including: Banks, Barrow, Clarke, Elbert, Franklin, Greene, Hart, Jackson, Madison, Morgan, Oconee, and Oglethorpe counties.

Position Title: Office Administrator 

Position Type: Part time (15-20 hours per week)

Immediate Supervisor: President/CEO 

Key Responsibilities: • Office duties Handle all office mail from Post Office box and office mailbox Prepare meeting documentation, reminders, and minutes for Executive and Board meetings Record and transcribe meeting minutes Code and scan bills to bill.com for payment Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary Prepare and complete weekly deposits Serve as lead contact for office contracts Subscriptions and annual renewal of software (Zoom, Adobe, Network for Good, etc.) Provide excellent customer service for volunteers, donors, and partners • Assist with fundraising campaigns and volunteer engagement Mailings and general thank you notes to donors Manage donor information with Network for Good (CRM platform) Input pledges, deposits, and all other data entry Communicates needs and coordinate s logistics of volunteer activities as needed • Other tasks as needed/assigned 

Qualifications: • Associates degree or equivalent administrative experience. • Must possess valid driver’s license and have personal transportation for use during the workday. 

Specific Job Skills Include: • Detail oriented • Excellent organizational skills • Must be flexible, detail-oriented and demonstrate ability to multitask • Self-motivated • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Computer skills including Word, Excel, Quick Books, and Power Point 

Pay range: $15-18 per hour
