Businesses Mentor Future Workforce

Businesses Mentor Future Workforce

Eighteen Madison County High School sophomores applied and were selected to participate in the biannual MADICO MADE Workforce Job Shadowing Day. These students received real-world learning experiences with top businesses (and future employers). This workforce development initiative is designed to 1) increase awareness and interest surrounding Madison County High School’s/the Broad River College and Career Academy’s Work Based Learning Program and 2) give our members an additional platform to increase their visibility among the community and promote their business/industry to our future MADICO MADE workforce.

We appreciate these members for hosting this invaluable learning opportunity:
Thank you to the  Program for being a wonderful partner in this joint effort!
