Building a Local Pipeline

Join us for FREE one-hour roundtable at PLC 2, Madison County Board of Education, where local businesses and educators will explore practical ways to connect with students through job shadowing, internships, apprenticeships, and other work-based learning opportunities. Networking begins at 8:30 AM, and the discussion starts promptly at 9:00 AM.

We’ll hear from Dr. Boykin, President and CEO of the Broad River College & Career Academy, who will share insights on talent pipeline opportunities and collaboration strategies, and Nathan Coker of Stanfield Air Systems, who brings hands-on experience hosting work-based learning students, hiring local talent, and partnering with the school system. Attendees will gain actionable ideas for engaging students, developing local talent, and building meaningful partnerships between businesses and schools.
