Reins of Leadership: An Equine-Assisted Leadership Experience Reins of Leadership is a transformative, full-day leadership development class that blends experiential learning with the intuitive wisdom of horses. Designed for professionals, teams, and emerging leaders, this 8-hour program invites participants to step into real-time leadership challenges—without ever riding a horse. Through ground-based exercises with horses, participants develop greater self-awareness, strengthen communication skills, and gain authentic leadership presence.
