Reins of Leadership is an experiential leadership class held at The Ranch at Spirit Ridge where participants learn leadership, communication, and self-awareness through hands-on interaction with horses. Horses respond honestly to human behavior, helping participants quickly see the impact of their leadership style. Through guided activities and discussion, students develop skills in trust, emotional awareness, teamwork, and calm, confident leadership that translate directly to real-world situations. Participants leave with practical leadership tools and a deeper understanding of how their presence and communication influence others.
