Join Thoughtfully Thurston Photography for a day of beautiful evening of portraits with an even greater purpose.
These annual mini sessions are held in loving memory of my childhood best friend and soul sister, Christina Galbreath. At just 23 years old, Christina was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, a rare childhood cancer. Even during her own battle, she remained passionate about raising awareness and supporting children and families walking the same difficult road. One of the last conversations we shared was about hosting a Childhood Cancer Awareness fundraiser together.
These sessions are my way of carrying that dream forward.
This year's sessions will take place among the breathtaking flower farm at Bold Spring Blooms, creating a beautiful backdrop while supporting an incredible cause during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
Every $100 session fee will be donated directly to the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta in Christina's honor. Every tip received will also be donated, allowing your portrait session to make an even greater impact.
Whether you're updating family photos, celebrating a milestone, capturing sweet moments with your children, or simply enjoying the beauty of the season, your session will help bring hope to children and families facing childhood cancer.
A heartfelt thank you to Kalie Blevins of Bold Spring Blooms for graciously opening her flower farm and planting extra sunflowers in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Her generosity has helped create a truly meaningful experience.
Together, we can celebrate life, remember those we love, and give hope to families who need it most.
