Description
Dear Prospective Vendors,
The Madison County Chamber of Commerce & Partners in Agriculture are pleased to host the Madison County Harvest Festival on Saturday, November 7th from 10:00 am-3:00 pm at the Madison County Agricultural Center. This family-oriented event typically attracts 1,500 guests+. Thank you for your interest in serving as a vendor!
Important Dates:
- DEADLINE: The application and vendor fee are due September 25th at 12:00 noon.
- The planning committee will evaluate the applications based on availability and best fit for the event, and vendors will be contacted (whether selected for the Festival or not) by October 2nd.
New for 2026: As the Chamber continues planning for this year’s Harvest Festival, the vision remains firmly rooted in celebrating all things MADICO MADE, from agriculture to art, while expanding the event into a premier regional destination experience. The festival will continue to highlight its agricultural foundation through interactive exhibits featuring local farmers, livestock, children’s activities, live demonstrations, a farmers market, and educational opportunities that connect attendees to where their food comes from and the people who produce it. At the same time, we are growing the event to include additional attractions such as a carnival games component, an annual car show, expanded family entertainment, and a diverse vendor marketplace featuring locally crafted goods, all designed to enhance the seasonal experience and kick off the holiday shopping season. Hosted at the NEW Agricultural Center, this expanded format positions the Harvest Festival for record-breaking attendance and a strong regional draw, creating increased visibility and opportunity for participating vendors while maintaining its core agricultural identity.
Event Code of Conduct: The Madison County Chamber of Commerce strives to serve the Madison County business and civic community in a manner that encompasses principles such as integrity, professionalism, accountability, confidentiality, respect, and honesty. We expect our members and vendors to also adhere to these standards in their interactions with each other, association members, stakeholders, and the broader community. Violation of the Event Code of Conduct will result in dismissal from the event and possibly membership from the Madison County Chamber of Commerce and future events hosted by the organization.
