The Madison County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors meets every other month to provide strategic oversight, ensure strong governance, and guide the mission and long-term direction of the Chamber. 

Board meetings focus on organizational priorities, financial stewardship, policy considerations, and initiatives that support the local business community. These meetings help ensure the Chamber remains responsive, accountable, and aligned with member and community needs.
