Spring Job Shadowing Day is a signature workforce development experience designed to connect Madison County students with local employers and career pathways. Through this immersive, school-day experience, students gain firsthand exposure to real workplace environments, explore career interests, and better understand the skills and education needed to succeed in today’s workforce. As part of the MADICO MADE Workforce initiative, Spring Job Shadowing Day plays a vital role in fostering and growing a strong, homegrown talent pipeline. By opening their doors to students, participating businesses help shape future employees, strengthen career readiness, and reinforce the connection between education and industry in Madison County.
This program is made possible through a collaborative partnership with Madison County High School, Madison County High School Work-Based Learning, and Broad River College and Career Academy, all working together to prepare students for long-term success while supporting the workforce needs of our community.
