The City of Colbert invites the community to join this year’s Independence Day celebration, kicking off with a Friday night block party ahead of Saturday’s parade.

Festivities begin Friday at 6:00 PM and will feature a Kid’s Parade, live music, food and local vendors, a cornhole tournament, and a fireworks show to celebrate the holiday.

The celebration continues Saturday morning with the Independence Day parade at 9:00 AM. All parade participants are asked to be in the lineup by 8:00 AM at City Hall.
