Description

Madison County High School is inviting local employers and industry partners to participate in MCHS Trades Day on April 17, 2027, at the Madison County Schools Agricultural Center.

This event will connect students from Madison County and the surrounding area with local businesses and career opportunities as they prepare to enter the workforce. It is an opportunity for employers to showcase their industries, meet potential future employees, and demonstrate the value of the skills students are developing through their career pathways.

Industries of interest include, but are not limited to:

• Construction, including vertical and horizontal construction
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Welding
• Heavy equipment operation
• Healthcare
• Other skilled trades and career pathways

By participating, employers can help students understand the opportunities available after graduation and see how they can build meaningful careers within their own community.

A strong local workforce starts with connections between education and industry. MCHS Trades Day is an opportunity for local businesses to invest in the next generation of workers while helping strengthen Madison County’s workforce.
