Madison County Chamber of Commerce Announces 2025 Top 5 in 5 Young Professionals to Watch

The Madison County Chamber of Commerce is honored to announce the 2025 group of Madison County’s Top 5 in 5 Young Professionals to Watch.

The Top 5 in 5 initiative continues to highlight Madison County’s outstanding young professionals who are shaping the future of our community. Each of these honorees represents the leadership, innovation, and community spirit that make Madison County such a remarkable place to live and work.

Coordinated annually by the Chamber, the Top 5 in 5 recognition program honors Madison County residents under the age of 40 who are considered to be the county’s emerging leaders over the next five years. Nominees are evaluated on their professional achievements, community involvement, and demonstrated commitment to the betterment of Madison County.

The 2025 honorees recognized as Madison County’s next generation of community leaders include:

  • Meagan Gravitt, Co-owner, Blue Mane Exterior Services
  • Kinsley Hobson, Owner, Lola Jane Boutique
  • Hunter Holloway, Owner and Operator, Holloway’s Automotive
  • Josh Whitworth, Madison County Young Farmers Advisor & Comprehensive Agricultural Educator, Madison County Charter School System
  • Amber Wingo, Assistant Manager of Accounts Receivable, University of Georgia

See what folks said about this year's Top 5 in 5 Honorees:

“ When Megan had to leave us to start a new business in Madison County, I did not know how we would replace her. The interesting thing about Meagan is, even after she is gone, she still wants you to succeed. I have known Meagan for almost 15 years, and every person we have hired after her, she has recommended. And they have all made their way up the administrative ranks of UGA. The people she has influenced are now head of departments, associate vice presidents, project coordinators and managers, and chief business officers. She is truly a rainmaker”

“In every role and responsibility Kinsley demonstrates professionalism, integrity and such a heart to help others. She leads with both heart and purpose making a lasting impact on everyone she encounters. She keeps her faith first and shows the love of Jesus daily in her work. She has a heart of gold and would do anything she could for anyone. Kinsley has dedication and a drive like no other even working the morning of her wedding to provide her customers with the best."

"Hunter is a truly homegrown entrepreneur and a guy you will want to keep you eye on as he grows in his craft. Once he had his mind made up that he wanted to strike out on his own, and put his own name on the line for it, he couldn’t be stopped no matter what the barrier was he had to overcome.  He has built a successful business in his hometown, where some may have thought it was too large of a task for a young man with a young family.  And he is doing it all while still being an incredible husband to Catherine and father to two precious little girls."

" While I call on Josh often for his professional opinion, I genuinely value and respect his personal approach to life. Josh has a drive to better himself and those around him. While Josh serves on all of these different boards, in all of these different positions, he’s simply a humble guy that loves his family and hopes for the best for everyone he knows. While I understand that this selection process identifies the top five young individuals in your community, Josh is in a class of his own."

”What makes Amber an exceptional candidate for this program is her clear trajectory. She approaches her career, her community involvement, and her personal life (including her role as a dedicated mother) with the same structured discipline and long-term vision. This holistic approach signals a leader who is well-grounded and poised to take on significant responsibility in the next five to ten years."
