Meet Our New President and CEO: Mrs. Jill Parham
Madison County Chamber of Commerce Announces Jill Parham as New President & CEO
Danielsville, GA — After an extensive and highly competitive search process, the Madison County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the appointment of Jill Parham as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Parham brings a deep well of experience in leadership, finance, and community development—along with an unwavering passion for Madison County.
The Chamber’s Board of Directors and a dedicated search committee conducted a rigorous, months-long process to find the ideal candidate. The final round of interviews featured an outstanding pool of applicants from across the region. According to current Board Chair Erica Roquemore, the committee’s choice became clear: “We searched near and far for our next CEO and found the perfect candidate right here at home. Jill’s enthusiasm for this county and organization is infectious, and I am so excited to have her as our new CEO. Her heart and passion are evident in the countless hours she’s dedicated to Chamber leadership, projects, and events. I, for one, am very much looking forward to seeing where she leads our Chamber next.”
Parham is no stranger to the Chamber or to hard work. As Board Chair in 2020, she played a pivotal role in the organization’s revitalization, leading with energy and purpose through one of the most challenging periods in recent history. Her impact has been far-reaching, from mentoring new staff and driving program development to facilitating high-profile events and representing the Chamber with professionalism and poise.
“I’m honored and excited to take on the role of President and CEO of the Madison County Chamber of Commerce,” said Parham. “I look forward to working alongside such a diverse and talented group of members as we take this organization and our community into the future. Madison County holds such a special place in my heart, and I am committed to being part of its continued success.”
Parham brings a successful career of professional experience in the banking and finance sector, most recently serving as Branch Manager and Loan Officer at The Commercial Bank in Danielsville. Her customer-first approach, business acumen, and dedication to helping others succeed will serve Chamber members well as they navigate growth, challenges, and opportunities in a dynamic business environment.
Her commitment to economic development is matched only by her love for her community. A proud graduate of the Madison County School System and the Madison County Adult Leadership Program, Parham has been instrumental in reenergizing the Chamber’s mission, helping position it as a key driver of business and community engagement. From emceeing leadership programs and speaking at major events to coordinating workforce initiatives, her fingerprints are on nearly every facet of the Chamber’s modern evolution.
Former President & CEO Anna Strickland offered her strong endorsement of the Board’s decision: “I commend the Board of Directors for a careful and detailed candidate search and interview process. While I understand there were numerous qualified candidates, I feel confident their selection of Jill Parham will prove pivotal for our organization moving forward. She possesses proven leadership both in the Chamber and in the community and has demonstrated impressive dedication to the businesses and non-profit organizations. Our membership is extremely fortunate to be led by such a natural and passionate leader. I am excited to see what the Chamber team accomplishes in the years to come!”
Parham’s leadership extends far beyond the boardroom. Her volunteer service includes roles with SONIC Missions, the Rotary Club of Madison County, REACH Scholars, Food to Kids, and the Madison County Early Ag Education Steering Committee. She is also a dedicated member of Danielsville Evangelical Church. Jill and her husband, Mason, are proud parents to Madi, Camille, and George—along with a host of pets and livestock.
