Celebrating 20 Years of Gina Belle’s Restaurant

A beloved local restaurant marks two decades of Southern cooking, hospitality, and community

For two decades, Gina Belle’s Restaurant has been a place where good food and genuine Southern hospitality come together. The Madison County Chamber of Commerce is proud to celebrate Gina Belle’s and owner Regina Brueshaber as they mark 20 years in business.

Regina’s journey began with a love of cooking that developed at a young age. What started with learning recipes and perfecting meals eventually grew into a dream of creating a restaurant where people could enjoy the kind of comforting food and welcoming atmosphere often associated with gathering around the family table.

That dream became Gina Belle’s Restaurant 20 years ago.

Today, the restaurant is known for its Southern favorites, from fried chicken and fresh biscuits to collard greens, macaroni and cheese, casseroles, banana pudding, and more. Many dishes are prepared from scratch and reflect the care and attention Regina has brought to her recipes throughout her culinary journey.

But Gina Belle’s success is about more than what comes out of the kitchen. The restaurant has built a strong reputation for making guests feel welcome while creating a workplace where employees can build lasting careers. Several members of the Gina Belle’s team have been with the business for 10 years or more, a testament to the relationships and culture that have developed over the years.

Gina Belle’s also reflects the importance of supporting the community that has supported the restaurant throughout its 20 years. Through its commitment to local relationships, employees, customers, and growers, the business continues to be a valued part of the Madison County community.
