Description
Dear Prospective Vendor:
The Madison County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to host the Taste of Madison County on May 10th, 2025 from 10:30 am -1:30 pm in downtown Comer. Thank you for your interest in serving as a vendor! All vendors must be based in Madison County. We are excited to continue the public voting component based on the samples you provide along with a cash prize!
Food vendors will NOT need to plan to provide a sample for each attendee. Instead, attendees will be given 5 tickets to redeem for samples at vendors of their choosing, so they will only be allowed 5 samples. They will give the ticket to you in exchange for a sample.
Important Dates:
-This application is due March 7th at 12:00 noon.
-The planning committee will evaluate the applications based on availability and best fit for the event, and vendors will be contacted (whether selected for the event or not) by March 30th.
Vendor Restrictions:
-Food and Beverage Portion: All food served must be in compliance with the local health department requirements for food service. Please contact the Madison County Health Department for more information.
-Artisan Market Portion: Craft & art vendors may only sell original, handcrafted items. The sale of commercial items is prohibited. Anyone found in violation of this policy will be asked to remove all unapproved items. Failure to comply may result in being asked to leave the premises, fees are non-refundable.
-This will be a rain or shine event (unless weather conditions compromise the safety of our vendors and/or patrons/volunteers). No refunds for inclement weather.
****Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, and supplies.
How to Apply:
-We will be limiting the number of vendors per category so that your experience will be profitable as well as enjoyable. Please be sure to list all of your items on this registration form. Applications without this information may be rejected and/or returned.
