Leadership Development Committee

Description

The Leadership Development Committee is designed primarily for alumni of the MADICO MADE High Potential Leaders program who wish to remain connected, continue developing their leadership skills, and give back to future cohorts. This committee provides an ongoing opportunity for alumni to stay engaged with the Chamber and with one another while helping shape leadership initiatives that strengthen Madison County. Key focus areas include the MADICO MADE Leadership Development Programs for both adults and youth, the MADICO MADE Youth Advisory Board, MADICO MADE Leader Spotlights, and the Madison County Top 10 in 10 Young Professionals to Watch recognition. 

Meetings are held every other month, with a Zoom option available to ensure accessibility. While the committee is alumni-centered, Chamber members with a strong interest in leadership development are welcome to attend. 

The Leadership Development Committee is co-chaired by Chamber Board members Hunter Holloway of Holloway’s Automotive and Rika Rowland of the Madison County Board of Education.
