The Customer Service Workshop is an interactive learning session designed exclusively for MADICO FLEX students. During this workshop, students will build essential customer service skills, including professional communication, problem solving, teamwork, and handling real-world customer interactions with confidence. Participants will engage in hands-on activities and practical scenarios that reinforce workplace expectations and prepare them to deliver positive customer experiences across a variety of industries. This session is part of the MADICO FLEX program curriculum and is not open to the public.
