The Madison County Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee meets monthly to provide strong stewardship, accountability, and leadership on behalf of the organization. These meetings focus on governance responsibilities, financial oversight, policy alignment, and ensuring the Chamber operates effectively in support of its mission and members. The Executive Committee works closely with staff to guide decision-making between full Board meetings as needed.
