The holiday season can be especially challenging for those missing a loved one, and no one should have to navigate that experience alone. Make plans to attend the “Avoiding the Holiday Blues” workshop, a supportive and informative session designed to help individuals cope with grief and emotional stress during the holidays.This event is taking place on Friday, December 12th at 10:00AM at the Madison County Library. Kristen Hill from Kate’s Club will lead the discussion, offering practical tips, compassionate guidance, and helpful resources for finding moments of peace and connection this time of year.

This event is made possible through a strong and meaningful collaboration between Madison County Library, Madison Area Resource Team & Family Connection, and Kate’s Club. Together, these community partners are committed to supporting individuals and families through grief, healing, and emotional well-being—especially during the holidays.
