Holloway's Automotive is currently looking to expand its team by adding an experienced Automotive Technician.

The Automotive Technician will be responsible for providing general automotive repair and maintenance. Job responsibilities include the following:

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete general automotive repairs including but not limited to motor repair, transmission replacement, electrical repairs, air conditioning, diagnostics, and other drivability repairs on all vehicles (gasoline and diesel). 

- Perform regular maintenance including oil change and air filter replacement, brakes, and tune ups. 

- Perform multi-point inspections of vehicles including battery, fluids, etc.

- Communicate with team members and vendors for parts needed on repairs. 

- Document services and tasks performed in detail along with future repair requirements. 

- Maintain a clean shop space.

- Other duties as assigned.

Certain tasks and responsibilities of an Automotive technician require heavy lifting, flexibility, and experience with power tools. 

Tools are provided by the employee with the large equipment and majority of the specialized tools provided by Holloway’s Automotive.

Pay will be based on experience. 

Job requirements include the following:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive repair

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver’s license

- Good attitude with strong work ethic

- Tool box with basic set of tools
