Financial Clerk
- Manages day to day financial banking responsibilities
- Balances accounts payables and receivables for the authority and water department
- Reconciles and balances bank statements for all accounts. (IDBA, water, system expansion, GEFA and SPLOST)
- Sets up and maintains financial spreadsheets for projects and reporting
- Monthly financial reports for board meetings
- Annual financial reporting for audits
- Time keeping for payroll
- Assists Office Manager with Customer service, phones and daily operations of water utility office
