  • Manages day to day financial banking responsibilities
  • Balances accounts payables and receivables for the authority and water department
  • Reconciles and balances bank statements for all accounts. (IDBA, water, system expansion, GEFA and SPLOST)
  • Sets up and maintains financial spreadsheets for projects and reporting
  • Monthly financial reports for board meetings
  • Annual financial reporting for audits
  • Time keeping for payroll
  • Assists Office Manager with Customer service, phones and daily operations of water utility office
