Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist

We’re looking for a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist who shares our passion and wants to help us grow a dedicated, mission-driven team.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong candidate pipelines through outreach, community partnerships, and online recruiting.
• Welcome and support new employees from the first interview through onboarding.
• Create and manage meaningful training experiences that prepare staff to support independence and inclusion.
• Partner with colleagues, people we support, and their families to ensure new hires are the right fit.
• Track progress and use data to improve recruitment and training efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• A personable, engaging, and energetic “people person” who loves building relationships.
• Someone who thrives on community connections and gets excited about Georgia Options’ growth.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to groups.
• Experience in recruiting, HR, or human services preferred.
• A personal or professional connection to people with developmental disabilities is highly valued.

💼 Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
💲 Compensation: Negotiable based on experience
