Member Spotlight: Tonya Minish of Greater Athens Receives TWO Award Recognitions

Tonya Minish of Keller Williams Greater Athens was recently recognized at the company’s annual awards brunch, earning impressive accolades as #4 in Individual Closed Units and #4 in Individual Closed Volume for her market center.

Tonya’s journey to real estate has been shaped by a lifelong connection to housing. Growing up with a father who was a carpenter and partnering with her husband in flipping and building homes, Tonya developed an early love for the sights, sounds, and smells of construction. She describes the experience as immersive and invigorating, from the rhythmic sounds of hammers and saws to the lively banter among workers.

Before entering real estate in December 2019, Tonya spent several years in the mortgage industry and later managed a medical office for 15 years, overseeing billing, accounts payable, and receivables. These experiences gave her over 20 years of finance expertise, a foundation she now brings to her clients in the real estate world. Tonya’s approach to her work is defined by dedication, attention to detail, and a commitment to giving 110% for every client.

Outside of real estate, Tonya enjoys family life with her husband Jeremy and their two daughters, Skylar, a business marketing student at the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, and Sam, a softball scholarship student at Clemson University. Her personal passions include her faith in Jesus Christ, outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, hunting, and lake trips, as well as following softball and football.

Tonya Minish’s combination of industry expertise, hands-on experience, and genuine passion for helping others makes her a valued member of both Keller Williams Greater Athens and the Madison County community.
